The Republican Party SUCKS!
Stingy, lowdown dirty bastards! The GOP, as expected, blocked the passage of a Democrat-supported bill that would have extended unemployment benefits to more than 1 million people who've been out of work for more than six months. They tried to block an increase in the minimum wage, the first increase since Methusela died, and they almost got away with it, except their vacuous load of bull@%#* about how it would destroy the economy and END ALL JOBS CREATED BY small businesses fell on better-informed ears – at last.
Of course the GOP always supports BIG BUSINESS – not the inconsequential little guys. Many of the Republican clansmens' friends ARE those BIG businessmen. But I'm getting sick of their flag-waving rhetoric in the name of economic health that, when you get down to it, is simply racist, caste-system-fueled booshwah.
The whole bunch of them are greedy, muck-sucking vermin, far as I'm concerned (I'm talking about the politicos here, not the deranged folks who simply vote Republican).
Their whining about the "13 trillion" federal deficit is empty blather. They love spending that money, it 's just they love spending it on cool guns, sleek ships, space-age planes and other fancy toys, NOT on people.
The GOP vision for society is one in which the feudal system is restored to its rightful place and we peasants get to grovel in the pigsty for beans and bread, if we're very fortunate enough to have a GOP KNIGHT OR LORD provide us a meal for bone-breaking work.
But help a bunch of out-of-work, no-luck schmucks pay their bills and keep little Johnny and Glenda in school? Hell no! Let him kill himself and make room for the next schmuck who'll happily take his place in the groveling pit.
